Privacy policy

The short version:

• We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
• We only collect what you give us, plus a little technical information that keeps your account secure.
• We only use your data to run the service you see on this site.

What we collect

• Your email address and password. We store your password scrambled, so even we can't read it.
• Anything you add in Settings, like a display name or phone number.
• The calendar links you add, the feeds you build from them, and copies of those calendars' events so we can show and share them.
• The email addresses of people you share a calendar with.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• When you last logged in, and from which internet (IP) address, so we can spot misuse.

How we use it

To build your calendars, share them with the people you choose, send the emails you ask for (like sign-in links and share invitations), and answer your questions. That's all.

Who else handles it

We use a few companies to run the site, and they only handle your data to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores its data.
• ZeptoMail (Zoho) delivers our emails.
• Google Fonts provides the lettering on our pages, so your browser contacts Google when it loads a page.

When you share a calendar, the people you share it with can see its events. That's the point of sharing, so choose who you share with carefully.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies to keep you logged in, protect our forms, and show times in your time zone. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Fans in the Standz is for parents, family, and friends. Children shouldn't create accounts. Team calendars you add may include your children's names; we only use them to build your calendars.

Deleting your data

You can delete your calendars and feeds from your dashboard at any time. To delete your whole account, email support@fansinthestandz.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll remove it and everything in it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
